*Weight: 16 pounds, 9 oz. (25-50%)---you are definitely getting smaller on the growth charts but the doctor says that once we start you on solids you should gain a little more weight. Your reflux has played a big factor in your weight but I can tell it is getting a lot better. In fact, your doctor said to finish out this month's reflux medicine and then try you for a while with no medicine to see if you are starting to outgrow it.
*Height: 26.5 inches (70-75%)
*Head: 17.3 (70-75%)
*You still wear 3-6 month clothing. You are definitely smaller than your brother was at this age.
*You moved up to a size 3 diaper
*You smile and giggle all the time. You are such a HAPPY baby!
*You roll from your back to your tummy constantly but you refuse to roll from your tummy to your back. You still like to lie on your tummy and "swim" with your arms and feet.
*You can sit up on your own for just a little bit at a time. Someone has to be sitting close by to catch your fall. You usually fall over because you are reaching for a toy or trying to suck on your toes.
*You are still a tummy sleeper and you like to suck on your fingers (and sometimes your thumb) instead of a pacifier.
*You nurse around 6 times a day, take 3 naps a day, and sleep 12-13 hours at night. You still eat once during your 12-13 hours of sleep at night.
*You have started liking your oatmeal a little better this month. It's not your favorite thing in the world, but you will eat it now instead of spitting it all out.
*You still have pretty blue eyes.
*You love to chew on anything you can get your hands on, especially your toes!
*You love singing songs and playing pat-a-cake.
*You are just the sweetest little baby and you are growing up too fast!
