I'm loving all things peppermint right now! I LOVE Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Lattes. Target has a great Candy Cane coffee for Keurig that I drink each morning with peppermint mocha creamer. I'm so sad that the coffee sold out so quickly. If I had known how good it was---I would have bought more!!!
I made both of these peppermint cookies for a cookie party last week. I think they are both really good but the vanilla won as the favorite of the house :)
Corbin had his annual Cookies and Carols at school today. This year he actually sang the whole time for the first time ever---we were so proud of him! However, he did not participate in any of the dance moves or hand gestures (except for Jingle Bells). When I asked him about it he simply said, "I didn't want to". So there you have it :)

I snagged the felt Christmas tree and Gingerbread Man at the Target dollar spot a few weeks ago and the kids are really enjoying playing with them. If only the little pieces weren't lying all over the floor :)

We traveled over to Grapevine last night with the Van Sickle Family to ride the North Pole Express. Thankfully, it stopped raining and the weather was perfect. We always have a good time with their crew! It is such a blessing that they moved in just three houses down 4 years ago---so thankful for their friendship!!!
I won a selfie stick at a Favorite Things party a couple of weeks ago and I was finally able to use it! We sure do have a lot of kids between our 2 families :)
Chloe, you are 14 months old already!!! What have you been up to this month?
*You are wearing 6-9 and 9-12 month clothes. You wear a size 2 shoe or 0-6 months. You have very tiny feet.
*You are still wearing a size 3 diaper.
*You eat 3 meals a day and usually a snack or two as well. Food is not a priority for you. You like a few things but you are pretty picky. Both boys loved to eat at this age so I hope you will start to try more things soon. Your favorite foods are blueberries, yogurt, mac and cheese, cheese, yogurt melts, and any all all flavors of the squeezable baby food pouches. You are drinking your milk great from a straw cup---you still haven't figured out how to use a sippy cup just yet.
*You take 2 naps a day and sleep all night :)
*You STILL just have 2 bottom teeth. I'm beginning to wonder where your other teeth are :) (both boys had 7 teeth at 14 months)
*The only word you are currently saying is mama. I'm trying to work with you on sign language but you are not using it just yet.
*You still not a fan of grass. If I put you down in the grass, you will freeze and not move until someone comes to get you :)
*You point at everything. You point when you want something, you point when you want me to tell you the name of something, you point while you are walking, and you point when I'm holding you to direct me to where you would like to go.
*You started walking!!! You just walked a little the first few days, now you are walking everywhere. If you fall down, you crawl over to something to help you stand up so you can start walking again. You still fall a lot and walking with shoes is more difficult than walking barefoot but we are just amazed when we look up and see you walking all over the place :)
*You are such a sweet little girl most of the time but boy you can have a temper! You scream and throw little fits when you don't get your way or when you are all done eating and ready to get out of your high chair. If one of the boys makes your mad, you either try to bite them or hit them---they think it's funny but I know we have to nip this in the bud quickly!
*You love your two brothers and you especially love getting into their toys ;)
*You LOVE to swing and slide outside on the swing set!
*You bring so much joy everywhere you go---we love you sweet girl!
