19 Months Old

Chloe---here's what you are up to at 19 months old...

*You are wearing 12 month and 12-18 month clothes
*You are wearing a size 3 or 4 shoe
*You are still wearing size 3 diapers
*You currently have 11 teeth and your 4th molar should be cutting through any day now to make 12.
*You are still a picky eater!
*Your favorite book is Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed
*You love to carry around your baby dolls now. You hug them, and kiss them, give them a pacifier, and pretend to feed them. It is the cutest thing to watch.
*You have all the sudden started trying to say LOTS of words. They are not pronounced correctly but I know what you are trying to say. Some new things you are trying to say are thank you, I love you, dog, milk, backpack, popcorn, basketball, and yes.
*You still like to use sign language for milk, more, all done, and eat.
*You still dearly love your paci.
*You got sick again this month. You are not a cuddle baby but when you are sick, you love to cuddle. You fell asleep in my lap....

*Your favorite thing to do is go outside to play.
*You find it very amusing to watch your brothers build with their magnets or blocks and then knock their creations down. You love playing with them!
*You are very friendly with strangers when we are out in public. You wave and say to everyone.
*You do NOT like the doctors office --- AT ALL. You usually scream the entire time we are there.
*You LOVE to dance to music
*You don't glance twice at the television---no interest whatsoever.
*You are sassy and have a nice little temper.
*You can also give the best hugs and kisses :)

18 months

*Disclaimer: I wrote this post on her 18 month birthday but I wanted to wait until we went to our well visit to get her stats. Then we moved the next day and her stats were all boxed up and I couldn't locate them until now. So here is her 18 month post a little lot late :)

Chloe you've made it to your half birthday! Time has flown by so quickly!

Here's what you are up to at 18 months old:

*Weight: 21 pounds, 15 ounces (39%)
*Height: 31.5 inches (38%)
*Head: 18 inches (35%)

*You are wearing size 12 month and 12-18 month clothing right now. 

*You can wear a 6-12 month shoes or size 3/4 

*You are still wearing size 3 diapers

*You've cut 5 new teeth this month which brings you to a grand total of 9 teeth :)

*You still do not eat very much. Some of your favorites are mini muffins, blueberries, cheese, pizza, applesauce, scrambled eggs, and yogurt. 

*You use sign language for milk, more, all done, and eat. You have really starting trying to talk more this month. The words do not always sound exactly right but we know what you are saying. The words you are saying right now are: mama, dada, night-night, bye-bye, hi, hello, no, eye, ball, uh-oh, eat, and bop bop (for your favorite song). 

*You are OBSESSED with the Whip/Nae Nae song and your ask me to play it a hundred times a day! You get so excited and start dancing as soon as you hear it. You call it the Bop Bop song. 

*You love to say hi and wave to strangers when we are out and about. 

*I tried to get you to say hi to the Easter bunny at the mall but you were terrified of him. 

*You love playing outside and doing just about anything with your brothers. They fight over who gets to push you around in your pink car. 

*You LOVE your paci. It will be gone before your 2nd birthday so enjoy it while you can :)

*You have a lot of spunk/sass and you don't mind letting everyone know it. You scream at the top of your lungs whenever things aren't going your way. And you definitely do NOT like riding in the car. Tantrums are a daily occurrence. 

*But you also love to give hugs and kisses and you can be the sweetest little girl when you want to be. 

*We love you so much Chloe Madelyn!!!
