Happy Halloween Part 1

The first few pictures are from this morning. He just looked so cute I couldn't resist...

He will talk but he LOVES to squeal so I decided to catch him on video...

He used to roll over from his belly to his back using his arms but now his favorite way to do it is to raise his bottom up really high and then topple over :) At the end of the video I caught him giggling--such a sweet sound!!!

Dallas Arboretum

We went to the Arboretum this morning to take pumpkin pictures. It was so beautiful and the weather was great. However, I think everyone in Dallas/Fort Worth was there with their children. It was wet and super crowded---which made it hard to find spots to take pictures. We had to put him down, quickly take a picture, and then move because there would be people standing in line for your spot. Maybe next year we can go sometime during the week so it won't be so crowded. I think Cason had a good time and we did get some cute pictures (even though I kept forgetting to take my sunglasses off). Enjoy :)

Sick and Rolling over

Last week poor little Cason got sick for the first time. He had a runny nose all week but on Friday he started running a fever so we took him to see his doctor. The runny nose was caused from a cold virus. And the cold/runny nose caused an ear infection in his right ear. You could tell he felt so bad. Thank goodness he is feeling much better now! (He weighs 18 pounds!!!)

5 Months Old!

I can't believe it has already been 5 months. Cason is getting so big. He was rolling over all the time and now he has decided to go on a rolling over strike. Hopefully he will resume his rolling over soon. He can sit up on his own for just a few moments at a time---but he is getting better and better. Cason loves to stand and he loves to play with his toes! He loves his oatmeal but isn't a fan of veggies just yet.
