Baby's First Christmas

Corbin and I were running errands today while Cason was at school and I decided to get his picture made with Santa. We are going to take the boys together to see Santa but I wanted Corbin to have a picture with Santa by himself too since it is his first Christmas. He was perfectly happy sitting in Santa's lap but we couldn't get him to look at the camera for the picture. I had to stand off to the side and every time I would get out of his line of sight, he would stop smiling. So he is looking off to the side at me in the picture but I still love it. He is such a cutie!

I can't wait to see how Cason does with Santa this year. I am thinking he will be fine but I could be completely wrong. He was very distraught last year when he took his picture with the Bass Pro Santa---I had to sit in the picture with him. But he was fine when he visited with the Willowbend Santa so who knows :)

I can't believe it is December 1st and I am 98% finished with my Christmas shopping---what a relief! The house is all decorated and we even got Cason to sit still for a portion of the Polar Express movie the other night. We wanted him to see it because we are going to take him to ride the Polar Express Train in Grapevine. He is obsessed with trains lately so we think he will love it. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!
