Gunk came for a visit :)

It was raining outside the other day and Scott let Cason pick out his clothes to go to the grocery store with us. It should be noted that it was very cold outside....

Lolli and Nina came up for a visit too....

Party of Five

We have some exciting news to share...

Baby #3 is due on October 22nd! We have been praying for this sweet little baby for a long time and we feel so blessed that we were able to get pregnant and that everything looks good with the pregnancy so far. Most people do not know, but we lost a precious little baby last March to an ectopic pregnancy. During the surgery, they had to remove one of my fallopian tubes. Because of that, it took us a while to get pregnant again. Thankfully, our prayers were answered and a sweet little baby will be arriving this fall---we are over the moon excited!

I had my 12 week appointment today and we saw the heartbeat for the 3rd time so we are thrilled that we can finally share our good news. We told the boys today and Cason is super excited and Corbin doesn't have a clue---LOL.

2 1/2 Years Old

I can't believe Corbin is already 2 1/2 years old! We went for our 2.5 year well visit a couple of weeks ago and all was good. Corbin, what have you been up to lately?

*You are FINALLY starting to talk. You started speech in January and you really started trying to talk on your own right about the same time. You have gone from saying less than 10 words to speaking in sentences! You LOVE your speech teacher and I am so thankful for that. We are going to keep attending speech until the end of May and then she says she thinks you can be finished because you are doing so great.  It is so nice that you can finally talk to me and tell me what you want.
*You still LOVE your blue blanket (lovey)---it goes everywhere with us!
*You are more picky than you used to be with food but overall you are a good eater. You are a big meat eater!
*You can identify most of the colors and a couple of letters of the alphabet.
*You are wearing 2T and 3T clothing, a size 5 diaper, and a size 8.5 shoe.
*You love to read books, play outside, ride your bike, play with Cason, pretend to be a dinosaur, and play with cars and trucks.

Your stats:
Weight: 28 pounds, 12 ounces (41%)
Height: 38 1/2 inches (93%)
Head: 19.5 inches (64%)

Sweet Corbin...

Here is Corbin having fun on his balance bike. He is finally brave enough to lift his feet :)

And I just went back and looked at Cason's 2.5 year blog post and I am cracking up. I'm so behind with this sweet second child. Now that he's talking, we have some catching up to do---LOL.

St. Paddy's Day & Spring Break

My little leprechauns....

Lime sherbet floats---Cason loved his---Corbin wasn't a fan...

We were so happy that last week during spring break we got to spend some time with Wendie and Cade---we have missed them so much!!!

And Corbin went to the dentist for the first time over spring break and did great! He was unsure at first but he warmed up quickly and he even let them take all of his x-rays.
