This little Kindergarten cutie celebrated cowboy day at school on Friday. Naturally, we were out searching for boots on Thursday night because he outgrew his other ones!
Cason was feeling sickly on Saturday so Scott stayed home with Cason and Chloe while I took Corbin to his soccer game. I think it may have been the first time I have EVER taken a child to their sports game without having to chase after a younger sibling. If it has happened before, it has been long enough that I don't even remember it. It was so nice to be able to just sit there and watch and actually pay attention to what was happening the entire game. I was able to drink my coffee and take pictures and videos---it was amazing! On top of that, Corbin had an AWESOME game! He scored 3 goals (I think only 2 of them counted but he kicked the ball in the goal 3 times) and did a great job of helping his teammates out on the field. I was so proud of him!!!
Here is video of one of his goals. He took off running fast and tripped over the ball and then he got right back up and scored!
Here is his other goal I got on video....
Chloe is having a hard time understanding that when she sees a picture of boots in a book that she cannot wear the boots. It's really frustrating for her :)
I snapped a sleeping pic of her last night just because :)
She loves riding her rocking horse :)
I wet her hair and tried out pigtails this weekend. While I think it looks cute, I'm thinking we need a lot more hair :)
While we were at the square today, Corbin requested to have his picture taken :)
And look at these two BFFs....
