I am shocked that I found yet another jar of baby food that he didn't like tonight. It was spaghetti with cheese. The other one he didn't like was broccoli and cheese. The only common factor with the only two foods he doesn't like is CHEESE. Are you kidding me, this can't be true---cheese is my absolute favorite food---this must just be a coincidence.
On another note, he is really starting to grasp the concept of the word no (probably because I have to say it so much because he is in to everything)---he doesn't completely understand by any means but he knows that when I say it I usually redirect him to something else. Needless to say, he does not like it when I move him and he doesn't get his way--he is a very stubborn little cutie.
Lately he has become quite the climber and today he climbed on top of one of his toys and I told him no and I was about to move him but I had to capture his face on camera. Sometimes when I say no, he just does whatever he wants anyway with a great big grin on his face---especially if he is crawling, and at that point he gets even faster to try and beat me to whatever he wants. It is actually quite funny. Sometimes he pauses and looks back at me to see if I am following him and then continues on his way. And then other times he sticks out his bottom lip and looks soooooooooo pitiful if I tell him no. It makes me sooooo sad to see this face---it definitely makes it really hard to say no---this little sad face will probably allow him to get away with a lot more than he should as he gets older.
