16 Weeks Old

We went shopping for Cason this weekend and we bought him this cute little hat :)

We also bought his Halloween costume and yes he is going to be a monkey!!! I can't wait--he is going to look so adorable in the full costume. I couldn't resist trying the hat on him early though. He has two months to grow into it :)

Mommy and Cason photo shoot (he is getting so chubby and it is adorable)...

We always put Cason in his crib for nap time but we still use the bassinet for the night. However, Friday we decided it was time for him to move to his room at night--so sad. He did good on Friday--he just had a little crying spell around 4:30 and then went back to sleep until 6:00. Then on Saturday night he slept right through until 6:30--he did so good. I was constantly watching the video monitor to make sure he was okay and of course he was :) Here is a picture of him right before his first night in the crib. Yes, he still loves to be swaddled--I don't know when we are ever going to be able to break this habit. Every time we try to put him down without being swaddled he gets MAD. We can swaddle him, put him in the bed awake and he will go right to sleep :)

Flashback Friday

That's me on the far left-- my sophomore year as a Kilgore Rangerette. Bet I couldn't do that now--or if I did, I would definitely not be able to walk tomorrow!

Rolling Over

Yea! Cason finally rolled over on his own today. Who knows how long it is going to be before he does it again but it was a big moment :)

Here are a couple of pictures right after he rolled over :)

Just hanging out around the house...

He can stand forever and he loves to....his legs are soooo strong!

Tummy Time Fun

Cason is missing his clothes in this picture because he had just had an explosion. Why is it that Scott is always at work when these things happen? LOL!

Flashback Friday

Yes, we did things like this for fun when we were in high school :)
